Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of private transport services by Blessed Way S.L. ("Blessed Way", "we", "us") to clients ("you", "the passenger") in Ibiza, Spain. By requesting or booking a service, you agree to these terms in full.

Blessed Way S.L. provides private transport services in Ibiza, including but not limited to:

• Airport transfers (Ibiza Airport IBZ)
• Private driver by the hour
• VIP and event transport
• Villa transfers
• Yacht and marina transfers
• Wedding and group transport
• Private flight coordination (in partnership with Luna Jets)

All services are private — vehicles are not shared with other passengers. Services are delivered by professional, licensed drivers using vehicles maintained to a high standard.

3. Booking Process

A booking is confirmed only once Blessed Way has sent you a written confirmation (by email or WhatsApp) including the service details, pricing and any applicable terms for that journey.

To request a booking, you must provide accurate information including: service type, date and time, pickup location, destination, number of passengers, and your contact details. Blessed Way reserves the right to decline any booking request.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (€). The fare quoted in your booking confirmation is fixed for the confirmed journey details. Additional charges may apply for:

• Waiting time beyond the included free waiting period (15 minutes for standard transfers; 45 minutes for airport pickups after landing).
• Significant route changes or additional stops requested during the journey.
• Night-time surcharges, as disclosed at the time of booking.

Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, card payment and cash. Payment details are provided with the booking confirmation. For hourly services, full payment is due prior to or at the start of the service.

A full invoice is issued for every completed service.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation by the Client

• More than 24 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund or no charge, at our discretion.
• Between 12 and 24 hours before: 50% of the agreed fare may be charged.
• Less than 12 hours before: 100% of the agreed fare may be charged.
• No-show: 100% of the agreed fare is charged.

Flight Delay Exception

No cancellation fee applies if an airport transfer is delayed or cancelled due to a flight delay or cancellation outside the passenger's control, provided Blessed Way is notified as soon as the delay is known.

Modifications

Requests to modify a confirmed booking (date, time, location) are subject to availability and must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation by Blessed Way

In the unlikely event that Blessed Way must cancel a confirmed booking, we will provide as much notice as possible and a full refund will be issued. We will make every reasonable effort to arrange an alternative service.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the driver and the vehicle. Blessed Way reserves the right to terminate a journey without refund if:

• A passenger is abusive, threatening or causes damage to the vehicle.
• A passenger is in a state of intoxication that poses a risk to safety.
• Applicable safety or legal regulations are breached.

Smoking is not permitted in any Blessed Way vehicle. Pets must be declared at the time of booking. The consumption of food or beverages is permitted at the driver's discretion.

7. Luggage and Child Seats

Standard luggage allowances are published on the fleet page. Additional or oversized luggage should be declared at the time of booking. Child seats are available at no extra charge and must be requested in advance. The passenger is responsible for ensuring children are correctly secured in the provided seat.

8. Liability

Blessed Way carries appropriate liability insurance for private passenger transport. In the event of an accident caused by the driver's negligence, liability is governed by applicable Spanish law and the terms of our insurance policy.

Blessed Way is not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Missed flights, trains or other onward connections due to delays outside our control.
• Loss of or damage to passenger property left in a vehicle.
• Indirect or consequential losses.

Passengers travel at their own risk with respect to personal belongings.

9. Force Majeure

Blessed Way is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of Blessed Way S.L. or its licensors. Reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ibiza, Illes Balears, Spain.

12. Changes to These Terms

Blessed Way reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version is always available on this page. The version in force at the time of your booking confirmation governs that booking.
